Clarendale Arcadia Senior Living is located at a major intersection in the Phoenix area. This 5.6 acre parcel was formerly hosting a LA Fitness gym, and was rezoned in order to construct a Senior Living community. This community includes assisted living, independent living, as well as memory care units. The high end finishes of this community foster a friendly, upscale atmosphere that reflects the level of high quality development.
