Level at Sixteenth Street is located in Phoenix, Arizona. The project is composed of two four-story apartment buildings located over a below-grade parking garage, six carriage house apartment buildings located over private garage spaces. Vertical circulation for the two four-story buildings is provided by three elevators and five enclosed stairwells. A leasing office, conference room, a great room and a game room are all located at the site entry. The two level fitness building overlooks the entry courtyard to one side, and the large resort style pool and spa on the other. The public side of the fitness center has a large waterfall which accents the entry. The pool side access provides covered lounge and entertaining space, with cabanas and an outdoor room, focused around the spa, pool and waterfall. Various parking options are provided within the garages’ and throughout the site. Residents and their guests can find open surface parking areas, as well as carports and private garages. The site is secured by automatic gates.
