Modera Gilbert is a mixed-use project located along the southwest corner of Higley Road and Ray Road in Gilbert, AZ. The community is built on a 12.46-acre lot and includes approximately 22,000 SF of retail space and 276 luxury residential units contained within multiple buildings. Modera Gilbert is intended to be a highly amenitized pedestrian experience with a walkable small-town appeal. The project was developed with sustainability and environmental mitigation emphasized throughout the development process. Amenities include EV charging stations, a resort style pool and spa, clubhouse, fitness center, outdoor lounge space, outdoor kitchen, small event lawn space, recreational backyard game area, dog park, and a children’s play area.
