The Grove on Main is located on the southeast corner of Mesa Drive and Main Street in Mesa, Arizona. The project consists of two residential apartments buildings with approximately 12,000 SF of commercial and leasing office space. There is an additional commercial building of 18,000 SF that is used as the Family Search Center. The Temple is a focal point of the City of Mesa. The residential portion of the project consists of 247 units including studio, and one- and two-bedroom units. A mix of one, two and three-story buildings are appropriately located across the site, descending in height as they near the existing historical homes of the neighborhood. The below grade parking is secured and nearly invisible from street level, offering parking for the Temple as well as the apartments.
