Broadstone Arts District is located adjacent to the Phoenix Art Museum in downtown Phoenix, Arizona. This location has strong pedestrian & transportation links to downtown Phoenix and to the traditional “First Friday” art walk and street fair. The project consists of two four-story residential buildings located over a below-grade parking garage. On the first floor, leasing and amenity spaces open up the walkway with retail storefronts and outdoor activity areas, enhancing the street life along both streets. In-side the common courtyard are the complex’s amenities, including; the two-story fitness center, clubroom, and activity complex that overlooks the resort-style pool. Loft style apartments line the perimeter of the complex, taking advantage of the best views, and provide a pleasant exterior design from the outside. A continuity between the two buildings is enhanced by bridges that connect the buildings and create an interior “L” shaped courtyard.
