Broadstone Cottonwood is located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This vast multifamily community has rental garages as well as traditional parking spaces, and features 22 buildings. Each building is two or three-story’s, including 64 two-story townhomes around the perimeter. This project required extensive site work to overcome the 70 foot slope of the grounds, which now provides expansive views of the nearby mountain ranges. This Class A apartment complex offers large 1, 2 and 3-bedroom options, with modern floor plans and an open kitchen design.
