Project Info

The Broadstone Highlands North Apart­ments are located in Albuquerque, NM. The project site consists of a single elevator served 4-story building, set closest to the first phase hotel of the new “Highlands” Master Plan. This entire city block devel­opment is close to both the Presbyterian Hospital and the University of New Mexico Campuses. The site plan consists of an L-shaped building, oriented to the entry and pool amenities. The East and North street WWfrontages buffer the neighborhood with 2-story carriage units that provide secure garage parking, as well as retaining walls to address the extreme grade change across the block. The “front” side of the carriage buildings reinforce the historic street scape and existing pedestrian patterns with unit entries.
