Project Info

Stetson is located on two blocks in the entertainment district of downtown Scottsdale. The redevelopment of this area replaces vacant office space with two new commercial and residential spaces. The first floor includes a leasing office, fitness center, and commercial storefront spaces. These residential spaces are geared toward the active, high-entertainment resident who is looking to live near the entertainment of downtown Scottsdale. Each of the two buildings is located on top of a two level partially recessed garage, making sure there is enough parking for people who live there and those that shop there. A variety of unit options are available, including studio, one, two, and three bedroom units.
