Broadstone Waterfront is a vibrant mixed-use project located in downtown Scottsdale. Earning a LEED certification, this premier destination uses less energy and water ensuring a comfortable living space. This half million square foot project is filled with flats, single, double and penthouse residences, as well as retail, and restaurant spaces. Broadstone Waterfront has views of Scottsdale Fashion Square, Camelback Mountain, the Arizona Canal, downtown shops, as well as the Soleri Bridge.
