Elysium at Desert Ridge (West Village) is a multifamily garden style community located on the northeast corner of Deer Valley Drive and Tatum Boulevard in Phoenix, AZ. With approximately 40-acres of land this project has been developed as a high-quality, luxury residential complex, determined to enhance, integrate with and support vibrant quality of the existing community. Elysium (phase I) will feature 378-units consisting of one, two, and three-bedroom units within 13 buildings of two and three-story. All buildings feature tuck-under garages, allowing for more open space given over to amenities instead of all parking lot space. This project features a central clubhouse, exercise and entertainment spaces, resort style pool, game courts, playgrounds, and open lawn expanses, all inter-connected by a system of meandering pathways and sidewalks. Additional exterior amenities will include multiple dog parks, dispersed mail kiosk and enclosed trash collection bins, all within a heavily landscaped park-life setting.
