Project Info
La Siena Senior Living Apartments are located on the secluded former site of Bud Brown’s Barn in north central Phoenix. The 190 unit senior living community is uniquely shaped to minimize travel distance to residential units, while creating courtyard views. The intimate center courtyard is the focus of common areas, including exterior dining, pool, spa and lounge areas. The more passive courtyards open up to the Arizona canal for an uncommon spaciousness and include walking paths ramadas, hard court games, putting green and dog run. The building is a combination of three and four-story, wood-frame construction; while the common areas are steel frame for programming flexibility. The exterior is primarily a stone and synthetic stucco finish with tile roofs, creating an Italian hill town theme, along one of Phoenix’s most established residential corridors. There are six unit types ranging from 770 square feet to 1,251 square feet with granite counters, wood flooring, and 9 foot ceilings. The corridor layout provides quick access to the two-story commons anchored by dining, kitchen, lobby and bistro on the first floor. The upper level focuses on self-improvement with a full service spa and wellness area, library, aerobic /dance, and entertainment options such as theater and pub with extensive gaming options.
