Morning Star Arcadia Senior Living Facility is situated between the Arcadia and Biltmore neighborhoods at the South East corner of 32nd Street and Glenrosa in Phoenix, Arizona. The project is composed of 111 units, divided into 30 memory care units and 81 assisted living units. What once was a partially constructed condominium tower has been repurposed to better serve an aging neighborhood, and community. This Senior Living Community is located close to a regional medical campus and multiple park facilities. Parking is provided in an underground garage. The assisted living common area is near the ground floor entrance; the memory care occupies the second floor, with a private walking courtyard. The assisted living units share the top two floors, with spectacular mountain and city views.
