The Grand Apartments are located in Tempe, Arizona at the Papago Park Center. This four story building has a recessed, below grade parking garage. The eight different unit types make this multi-family community desirable to different family types. The Papago Park Center Master Plan is an elegant mixed use development that highlights SRP’s history and community service, while integrating the local transportation corridors. The luxurious 300 units surround 2 amenity courtyards, while setting up the perimeter for lake, mountain and master plan views.
