The Standard at Valley Ho is an 134 unit luxury apartment community located in downtown Scottsdale, near the Valley Ho Hotel. The three story residential community includes underground parking and has incorporated design elements from the Hotel, and surrounding condominiums. The complex curves to the south west along the entry drive to the Valley Ho mirroring the shape of the adjacent Hotel’s south wing, with a pool in the middle of the courtyard. This pedestrian and pet friendly community includes three lobbies and links to the downtown urban neighborhoods, including the Scottsdale Art Walk. Awarded the 2017 Golden Nugget Award of Merit for Best Multi-Family Housing Community
